Nexus 5 receives an Android 5.0.1 update. The update has been rolling out to most of the Nexus devices these last days, but Nexus 5 was left behind. Now it’s finally here, you can start updating the phone to the latest Android version available.
The internationa model D855 is the one receiving the OTA update to Android 5.0 Lollipop. The new number is LRX21R with LG software version V20e.

Google Play Edition devices are receiving the corresponding updates to Android 5.0 Lollipop. The Galaxy S4 hadn’t get the new Android version yet, but finally it’s here.
Verizon has announced a small update for the Droid Turbo. It’s not yet Lollipop, so the device will be still running Kitkat. Motorola has already updated the Moto X from Verizon to Android 5.0 Lollipop, but if you are the owner of a Droid family device, you still need to wait for the latest Android version.
AT&T has announced a small update for two of their tablets. The Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 are going to receive a minor update to their firmwares, so you are not going to get Lollipop yet.
Sharp Aquos Crystal receives an update. The Aquos Crystal runs Android 4.2.2, and it doesn’t change with this update. The new software fixes some bugs and add some new bloatware.
T-Mobile updates the Galaxy S4, Tab 4 8.0 LTE and Avant. All those new software versions bring small improvements to the current Android version, and none of those devices are going to get any major change.
