Samsung posted the full list of changes in its website, including Knox 2.0, Kids Mode and Side Sync 3.0.
Here there is the full list of changes posted by Samsung:

The update is rolling out gradually, and you are going to get the notification on the next days. You can either wait for the notification or start it manually. To do so, you just need to go to Settings menu, tab on more (three dots icon) and access to “About device”. There, you need to tab on “Software update” and “Check for updates”.
If the new version is available, it will automatically start. Once finished, touch “continue” and the device will restart. Press “Done” to finish the installation.
Remember to be connected to a Wi-Fi network before starting the download and make sure that the battery is fully charged (or close) before starting the installation process.
Most of the manufacturers are working hard to get the new Android 5.0 available for their flagship devices, so it’s probable that a new update to Lollipop is not far away. O so says Samsung.
