AT&T OTA update for the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and S 10.5, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S III, Galaxy Mega


AT&T has announced an OTA update for several Samsung devices. None of them is receiving any major change, but as any update, it’s always a good news.

All of them are running Android 4.4.2, and they will continue to run this version after the update. Here there are the details for each device:

Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and S 10.5.

Last week AT&T announced the update for the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 that brings the software to the built number KOT49H.T707AUCU1ANJ5. It requires a download of 32 MB, and will bring a few enhancements on Carrier Billing and a few updates to ATT Mail, Keeper and YPMobile.

The same goes for the Galaxy Tab S 10.5. With a 58 MB update, it brings the device to the built number KOT49H.T807AUCU1ANJ5. In addition to the same changes that has received the S 8.4, this model will also get an addition of Milk Music application.

Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S III and Galaxy Mega.

The Galaxy Note II receives a 93.2 MB update, that brings the built number to KOT49H.I317UCUCNJ1, while the Galaxy S III gets a 69 MB update to the built number KOT49H.I747UCUFNJ1. The Galaxy Mega follow their path, with a 77 MB update to the built number KOT49H.I527UCUBNJ1.

All three devices come with a few note regarding the update, announcing just “Android OS enhancements”.

GalaxyS4

Galaxy S4.

The Galaxy S4 receives a little more features with the update. The download weigh between 392 and 488 MB, and it brings the software to the built number KTU84P.I337UCUFNJ4. The details regarding the update follows below:

Android 4.4.4 Update includes: Miscellaneous improvements, bug fixes and security updates.
E911 Call issue fix.
Added Knox 2.0.
Applications added: Keeper, Mail, Live, Uber, Remote Support, Device Help.
