Up to 12 Motorola devices will be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow

With the arrival of Android 6.0 Marshmallow officially, we all wonder devices are updated to the latest version of Android. Now is the time when brands do an exercise of sincerity and announce what terminals get that version, and among the many brands there is one that always generates interest, we speak of Motorola.

Motorola has always been known for its good updates policy. 160-200 dollars devices that are by now with Lollipop is not something that all manufacturers do, so we really wanted to know the plan chosen for the new version of Android. Well, we know and officially these are.

The full list is:

2015 Moto X Pure Edition (3rd gen)

2015 Moto X Style (3rd gen)

2015 Moto X Play

2015 Moto G (3rd gen)

2014 Moto X Pure Edition (2nd gen)

2014 Moto G and Moto G 4G (2nd gen)

DROID Turbo

2014 Moto MAXX

2014 Moto Turbo

Nexus 6

Bad news for owners of the first Motorola Moto G, even though yesterday we knew all the Moto G would be going to be updated. This terminal which marked a turning point in the history of Motorola Android, will remain as is. It is true that we have a sad news, but we can not forget that this is an old terminal with a long story of updates.

Mayor anger, and rightly, have to be holders of a Motorola Moto E 2015. We understand that the first Moto E will not upgrade to Marshmallow, but the 2015 version does not do is intolerable. It is a new terminal and a more than acceptable hardware, so hopefully it has been a simple error and will be upgraded too.

So ultimately, these are the terminals that the American firm will update. Nothing about dates or plans, so it is possible that some of these devices last several months to update, it’s a long list and we know that Motorola is not that fast.
